Responsibilities

• Answer guest inquiries about exits, amenities, restrooms, and concessions.
• Keep aisles clear and monitor areas for safety and order.
• Diffuse potentially tense situations using non-physical methods.
• Assist with cleaning theaters and restrooms between and after shows.
