Cinemark Team Members create a welcoming environment for our Guests. A Team Member is quick, accurate, and knowledgeable about movies, events, and promotions. They may serve as Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist as needed, performing essential duties with a heroic guest experience in mind.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, operating the POS, verifying tickets, and keeping the theatre clean and safe while providing information on showtimes and special events.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 and ability to communicate in English.
• Basic food handling or safety training where required.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, timely service.
• Operate POS system and process transactions accurately.
• Verify tickets and direct guests to seating.
• Provide information on pricing, events, and offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness in all theatre areas and comply with safety rules.
