Cinemark Team Members create a welcoming environment for our Guests. A Team Member is quick, accurate, and knowledgeable about movies, events, pricing, promotions, and more.

This role involves answering guest questions, operating the POS system, verifying tickets, and helping guests find seating while maintaining safety and cleanliness across lobbies, theatres, and restrooms. Team Members may also support Usher, Box Office or Concession duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Basic food handling training and permits as required by local/state.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely, professional manner.
• Operates the POS system for all transactions at the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets and directs Guests to their auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and promotions to Guests.
• Responds to questions from Guests in a courteous manner.
• Maintains cleanliness in lobby, aisles, restrooms, and auditoriums.
• Assists with opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
