Cinemark is hiring Team Members to create a welcoming guest experience and support moviegoers with inquiries, tickets, and concessions. Team Members may serve in Usher, Box Office, or Concession roles as staffing requires, and must perform all essential duties with a high level of guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates are energetic, reliable, and able to communicate in English. Staff will ensure safety, maintain cleanliness, and assist with opening/closing tasks in a fast-paced theatre

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local/state required certification.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance expected.
• Energetic, friendly attitude with excellent guest service.
• Strong English communication and teamwork skills.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests professionally and promptly.
• Operate POS system for transactions.
• Verify tickets and direct guests to auditoriums.
• Provide information on pricing, movies, events, and promotions.
• Respond to guest questions with courteous service.
• Monitor theatre safety and cleanliness throughout the venue.
• Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties as needed.
