Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on assigned register.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie, event and theatre information.
• Respond to phone calls and guest questions with courteous service.
• Conduct theatre inspections to monitor presentation and sound quality.
• Keep theatre areas clean and sanitized; maintain safety and order.
• Prepare food and operate cooking, warming, and popping equipment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
