Cinemark in Paducah, KY is seeking a Team Member to create a welcoming guest experience, operate the POS, answer questions, and assist with concessions and general theatre functions.

This entry-level role requires availability for flexible hours, basic food handling knowledge, stand readiness, and strong guest-service skills. You will help across Usher, Box Office, or Concession as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification or health card where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Requires regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent Guest service.
• Interpersonal skills include ability to communicate with all ages, genders, and personalities and to converse in and comprehend English.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently and follow directions.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions completed on assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Ensures tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system and company policy.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and general theatre information.
• Responds to phone calls and questions from Guests in a professional manner.
• Maintains theatre cleanliness and safety in lobbies, aisles, restrooms, auditoriums, exits, and parking lots.
• Assists with opening and closing duties as assigned by management.
