Job summary

Cinemark Team Members create a welcoming environment for our Guests and provide accurate information about movies, events, pricing, and promotions. The role may involve an Usher, Box Office, or Concession duties as staffing needs require, and team members perform essential functions across positions.

Responsibilities include greeting Guests, handling transactions, verifying tickets, and maintaining theatre cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to effectively and regularly converse in and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on assigned register.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to an auditorium.
• Keep theatre areas clean and safe, including lobby, aisles, restrooms, and auditoriums.
