Job summary

Cinemark is hiring Team Members to provide a welcoming guest experience, operate the POS system, and assist across theatre duties. The role emphasizes attentive service, accuracy, and knowledge of movies, events, and policies.

Team Members may work as Usher, Box Office, or Concessionist as needed. Ideal candidates are 16 or older, able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and committed to safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains local or state certifications if required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Requires regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provide excellent Guest service with strong communication.
• Ability to work in a team and independently and take direction.
• Demonstrates urgency in duties and accurate cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile and provide timely, professional service.
• Operate POS system for transactions on assigned register and verify tickets.
• Direct Guests to seating and inform about pricing, events, and policies.
• Ensure compliance with MPAA ratings and company policies.
• Answer guest questions and provide theatre information.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and safe operations in all areas.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and perform other duties as assigned.
