AMC Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead theatre crew, coordinate daily operations, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will guide front-of-house and back-of-house tasks, maintain cash handling accuracy, and support scheduling under management supervision.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Evening/weekend availability is required, and the position offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• Six months of supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old; age requirements may apply.
• Evening, weekend, and occasional holiday availability.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and carry it up to 90 feet.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and coach theatre crew through daily responsibilities, ensuring performance and guest service.
• Assist in floor operations and crew placement based on business needs.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and coordinate access for vendors.
• Count cash, deposits, and reconcile floor safes; enter results into the system.
• Support inventory processes and crew scheduling with management final approval.
• Troubleshoot system issues and resolve guest concerns or refunds.
• Perform daily operational and administrative tasks to keep everything on schedule.
