Job summary

eMagine is seeking a Manager, In-Theatre Sales (ITS) to lead daily theatre operations and In-Theatre Sales functions. You will oversee opening/closing, staff training, inventory control, and guest service recovery while driving financial performance.

The role requires 3–5 years in hospitality, strong leadership, and the ability to optimize workflows and communications. A fast-paced, guest-focused environment awaits with cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years in hospitality.
• Strong leadership experience.
• Identify solutions, improve efficiencies, and drive results.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Confident presenting recommendations and providing operational guidance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily theatre operations, including opening/closing, shift reporting, and a guest-focused environment.
• Supervise, train, and assign tasks to employees with high service standards.
• Manage labor, inventory, and expenditures to meet financial objectives.
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns; act as a resource for questions and service recovery.
• Support Box Office, HR, and Experience to ensure seamless operations.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, maintenance, and security standards per policy.
• Manage ITS inventory, orders, menu items, recipes, and product changes.
