Qualifications

• Availability to work evening hours, weekends and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Ability to actively listen and understand others.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to perform fast accurate math calculations and make change.
• Ability to obtain a food handlers permit.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Engages guests with eye contact and a smile.
• Uses suggestive sales techniques to inform guests of promotions.
• Processes ticket and concessions sales on POS terminals and handles payments.
• Maintains cash and inventory accuracy.
• Assembles food items for concessions.
• Conducts theatre and exterior area checks.
• Maintains crowd control and theatre cleanliness.
• Cleans concession stand and stocks supplies.
• Performs general theatre and lobby cleaning.
• Enforces MPAA rating rules.
