Job summary

MJR Digital Cinemas is seeking a Manager, In-Theatre Sales to oversee daily theatre operations and lead the ITS team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will manage shift coverage, ensure safety standards, and support multiple theatre functions, including concessions and inventory control, to optimize overall performance.

You will supervise staff, drive cost controls, and implement improvements that enhance guest satisfaction and business results in a fast-paced cinema environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in hospitality or guest-facing operations.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily theatre operations, including opening/closing procedures and shift reporting.
• Supervise, train, and assign tasks to employees.
• Manage labor, inventory, and expenditures to meet financial objectives.
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns and service recovery.
• Support Box Office, HR, and Experience to ensure seamless operation.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, maintenance, and security standards.
