Job summary

Emagine Entertainment is seeking a hands-on Theater Manager to lead crew operations, drive guest satisfaction, and oversee daily theater performance. You will supervise staff, manage concessions and services, and ensure compliance with safety and financial standards.

The role requires a hospitality-focused two-year degree and 2–3 years of theater or restaurant management experience, with strong MS Office skills and a commitment to guest experience.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in hospitality management preferred.
• Two to three years of management experience in a theater or restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and educate guests about concession items, movies, rating systems, and theater directions.
• Manage and oversee employees in crew operations ensuring outstanding customer service.
• Respond to guest comments while educating and empowering other employees to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Oversee day-to-day theater operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Open and close the building, complete nightly paperwork, and verify shift deposits.
