Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three months supervisory experience, or 6 months theatre experience with Cast Certification Program, or a combination thereof.
• Must be able to complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Operate theatre and supervise staff according to Regal policies.
• Hire, schedule, coach, and discipline staff under GM oversight.
• Manage concessions stock, inventory, and supplier orders.
• Promote feature films and theatre promotions.
• Ensure all safety, loss prevention, and incident reporting procedures are followed.
