Qualifications

• Six months of theatre industry experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new software and systems.
• Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs in a noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate goals to associates in pre-shift meetings.
• Reposition team members during peak show times.
• Process voids, refunds, seat swaps and loyalty points for guests.
• Reboot POS terminals to ensure 100% scanning reliability.
• Be the first point of contact for guest concerns.
• Maintain high quality meeting Best In Class standards.
• Support projects like training, inventory, and planning.
• Assist management with other duties as needed.
