Marcus Theatres Corporation in Oak Creek, WI is seeking a proactive Shift Lead to support theatre operations, drive daily goals, coach team members, and be the first point of contact for guest concerns. Located at South Shore Cinema, this role requires flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Experience in theatre is preferred; there is no formal education requirement, and opportunities for growth across Marcus properties are available.

Responsibilities

• Communicate goals and objectives to associates during pre-shift meetings.
• Reposition team members during peak periods based on show schedules.
• Process voids, refunds, seat swaps, and loyalty points for guest service.
• Reboot terminals to ensure 100% operational scanning.
• Act as the first point of contact for guest concerns.
• Maintain high operational quality by meeting Best In Class standards.
• Support projects such as seat repairs, training, inventory, and financial planning.
• Assist with other tasks as directed by management.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum of six months of experience in the theatre industry.
• No minimum education required, though a high school diploma or equivalency is preferred.
• Flexible availability required, including Tuesdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Eager to learn new skills, tasks, and software systems to meet industry demands.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 35 lbs as required by the job and work in a moderate to high noise environment.
• Capable of performing tasks that require manual dexterity, including handling objects and tools.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
