Responsibilities

• Communicate goals to associates in pre-shift meetings.
• Reposition team members during peak show times.
• Process voids, refunds, seat swaps and loyalty points for guests.
• Reboot POS terminals to ensure 100% scanning reliability.
• Be the first point of contact for guest concerns.
• Maintain high quality meeting Best In Class standards.
• Support projects like training, inventory, and planning.
• Assist management with other duties as needed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Minimum of six months of experience in the theatre industry.


• No minimum education required, though a high school diploma or equivalency is preferred.


• Flexible availability required, including Tuesdays, nights, weekends, and holidays.


• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.


• Eager to learn new skills, tasks, and software systems to meet industry demands.


• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 35 lbs as required by the job and work in a moderate to high noise environment.


• Capable of performing tasks that require manual dexterity, including handling objects and tools.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Communicate goals and objectives to associates through pre-shift meetings.


• Reposition team members during peak periods based on show schedules and needs.


• Process voids, refunds, seat swaps, and issue loyalty points for guest service.


• Reboot terminals to ensure 100% operational scanning.


• Act as the first point of contact for guest concerns.


• Maintain high operational quality by meeting \"Best In Class\" standards.


• Support projects such as seat repairs, training, inventory, and financial planning.


• Assist with other tasks as directed by the management team.
