Job summary

Regal is seeking a dedicated theatre manager to lead a large team and uphold Regal standards. You will supervise guest services, In-Seat Dining, and daily operations while ensuring compliance with food safety and cash handling procedures.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and alcohol-service certification. Spanish language skills are a plus, and candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; supervision experience.
• Experience in restaurant or VIP/luxury theatre concept is preferred.
• Complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.

Responsibilities

• Assist hiring hourly staff and provide on-the-job training, feedback, and coaching.
• Oversee cash handling and inventory controls; monitor theatre operations.
• Lead a large team and communicate effectively with staff and management.
• Supervise In-Seat Dining and guest experience; ensure food safety standards.
