Job summary

Regal Opry Mills theatre is hiring an Assistant Manager to supervise theatre operations and staff, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality guest experiences. The role requires coordinating with management, training employees, and handling day-to-day duties in a fast-paced cinema environment.

The candidate will oversee staffing, scheduling, customer service, and compliance with policies, while maintaining equipment and safety standards; prior supervisory experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum three months supervisory experience or six months theatre experience with Cast Certification Program.
• Alcohol service certification and training where applicable.
• Strong public speaking and written communication skills; ability to explain information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the theatre and staff; supervise non-management employees.
• Hire, schedule, coach, and discipline team under GM guidance.
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment; manage theater systems and maintenance.
