Regal is seeking an Assistant Manager to operate and supervise theatre staff, ensuring guest satisfaction and adherence to company policies. The role includes training employees, scheduling, and managing daily operations, with a focus on safety and quality guest experiences.

The position requires weekend/holiday availability and completion of applicable certification programs, with benefits including health coverage and free movie passes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three months supervisory experience or 6 months theatre experience with Cast Certification, or a combination thereof.
• If selling alcohol, must meet local laws and Regal Beverage Server training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train non-management employees.
• Open and close theatre; ensure attendance and safety.
• Operate projection/AV equipment and manage show times.
• Oversee cash handling and reconciliations.
• Maintain theatre policies and dress code.
