Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses is required.
• Basic food handling training and any local/state certifications as applicable.
• Alcohol service training if handling alcohol.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Energetic, friendly attitude with excellent guest service.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to train and lead others and to work well in a team or independently.
• Clear English communication and the ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports staff across all departments.
• Trains and coaches team members in their job functions and ensures service standards.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Monitors theatre condition, safety, and guest experience; reports repairs as needed.
• Ensures dress code compliance and maintains high standards of customer service.
• Enforces Cinemark policies and employee relations protocols with fairness.
• Maintains cash handling accuracy, time management, and learning from management.
