You will influence performance through data reviews, collaboration with leaders, and a culture that values growth, ownership, and safety. Minimum supervisory experience required.

Qualifications

• Six months supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• One year experience in guest-focused business.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, opening, and closing operational and administrative duties.
• Oversee and complete theatre administrative reports.
• Ensure associates meet AMC Guest Service standards.
• Maintain proper staffing levels across all theatre areas.
• Review numbers to drive performance and guest experience.
