Job summary

Cinemark Temple and XD is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager to assist in all theatre operations and lead staff across departments. The role involves coaching Team Members, ensuring policy compliance, and supporting the General Manager in daily decisions to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in Management Accreditation Program milestones, maintain safety standards, and help drive consistent service across shifts while handling guest relations and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED graduate preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.

Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports General Manager’s decisions in communication with staff.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions.
• Assists in preparing administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Interacts with Guests for improved service and ensures superior customer service.
• Learns and follows Cinemark guidelines and enforces them with staff.
• Ensures safety and cleanliness across theatre areas.
