Job summary

Regal Cinemas is seeking a Part Time Assistant Manager to lead daily theatre operations and drive guest experiences. You will develop and mentor the team while handling staffing, scheduling, and performance management under GM oversight.

Qualifications

• 3 months of supervisory experience or more.
• 6 months theatre experience with Cast Certification Program.
• Must meet legal requirements for alcohol service if applicable.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily theatre operations, ensuring staff performance and guest excellence.
• Performing all staff positions as needed to support operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards and certifications.
• Train, coach, and supervise team; assist with hiring, scheduling and reviews.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
• Oversee cash handling, reporting, inventory, cost control and profitability.
• Manage theatre operations and facilities including maintenance and AV systems.
• Market and promote feature engagements; schedule show times and channels.
