Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least three months supervisory experience, or 6 months theatre experience with completion of Cast Certification Program.
• Complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Upholding and administering all theatre policies.
• Training, developing, coaching and supervising non-management employees.
• Performing staff positions as required.
• Operate projection and audio-visual equipment and related systems.
• Ensure alcohol certification and training are current where applicable.
• Monitor and report on safety and loss prevention.
• Count, deposit and reconcile receipts daily.
• Read and understand training materials including sexual harassment and discrimination policies.
• Directly supervise an unspecified number of employees and oversee hiring with GM/HR.
