Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Manager in Boulder, CO to support theatre operations and uphold standards across departments. You will guide teams, train staff, and assist in reporting to the General Manager to ensure smooth daily performance.

You will commit to policy enforcement, safety, and exceptional guest service while adapting to varied shifts, including evenings and holidays. Management accreditation is required within six months.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program within a reasonable time.
• Experience in hospitality or theatre ops is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all theatre departments and job functions.
• Train and coach team members.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the GM.
• Ensure policies and cleanliness standards are followed.
• Maintain guest service excellence and driving customer satisfaction.
• Report safety, security, and maintenance issues promptly.
