Job summary

Regal is seeking a capable supervisor to lead theatre operations, including food service, bar, and guest experience. You will supervise, train, and schedule staff while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business and/or equivalent.
• Two years of management or supervisory experience in restaurant or VIP/luxury theatre concept.
• Experience in high-volume hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision, training, scheduling, and development of staff.
• Maintain health, safety, and food safety standards; ensure certifications are current.
• Control costs and inventory; manage receipts and cash handling.
• Oversee theatre operations, kitchen and bar maintenance, and equipment usage.
• Provide excellent guest relations and promote theatrical engagements.
