B&B Theatres in Louisiana is seeking a Theatre Operations Manager to lead daily front- and back-of-house activities, ensuring smooth guest experiences. You will supervise hourly staff, assist in hiring/training, and coordinate with senior management to meet targets.

The role requires strong leadership and a proactive approach to customer service. Essential duties include upholding safety and company policies, managing inventory, and supporting cash handling during shifts in a fast-paced cinema

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to obtain food/service certifications as required.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance may be needed for errands.
• Prior experience in a management role preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations of assigned areas, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring hourly staff to uphold standards.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and resolve conflicts promptly.
