Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run theatre operations in Reno. The role involves cross-training across departments, coaching staff, and maintaining high standards of guest service and safety.

You will support the General Manager and contribute to reports, procedures, and operational efficiency. Ideal candidates are at least 18, with a High School diploma or GED, and completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred; completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program
• Completion of three basic courses (Management Foundations, Annual Certifications, MAP Core) within Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains local/state certifications where required
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Provides excellent guest service and cash handling accuracy
• Ability to train and lead others and work in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall theatre operation and follow General Manager guidance
• Cross-train in all departments to support operations
• Train and coach Team Members in their specific functions
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and compliance with Cinemark policies
• Enforce dress code and customer service standards
• Report maintenance or safety issues to the General Manager
