Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Manager to help run the theatre, cross-training across departments and coaching staff. You will support the General Manager and participate in the Management Accreditation Program.

You will train teams, ensure safety and customer service standards, and contribute to daily reporting and operations while maintaining a high level of professionalism and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate or GED.
• Complete Cinemark Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Food handling training and any local health certifications as required.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to train, lead and supervise theatre staff with courtesy and fairness.

Responsibilities

• Follows the General Manager's direction and supports decisions with staff.
• Trains and coaches team members in their duties across departments.
• Prepares admin and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensures safety, dress code, and guest service standards are met.
• Enforces Cinemark guidelines and reports employee relations issues.
• Assists in everyday operations and handles various theatre functions.
