Cinemark USA, Inc. seeks an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations, train staff, and ensure policy adherence across departments.

You will work under the General Manager, help prepare reports, and supervise cash handling and customer service to deliver an exceptional guest experience. The role requires participating in Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program, completing food-handling certifications, and maintaining high work ethic with strong teamwork.

Formación

• Must be 18+ years old and a high school graduate or GED.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program courses.
• Must complete basic food handling training and any local certifications as required.

Responsabilidades

• Follows the direction of the General Manager and supports decisions.
• Trains and coaches team members in their functions.
• Interacts with guests to ensure superior customer service.
• Assists in administrative reporting and safety inspections.
• Ensures team adherence to dress code and policies.
• Reports employee relations issues to the GM or designated channel.
