B&B Theatres in Bloomington, MN is seeking a committed, proactive Assistant Manager to hire, train staff, and ensure guests receive excellent service. You will help supervise the team and coordinate daily operations, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth service.

You will manage inventory, assist with promotions, maintain safety and licensing, create schedules, and work with the operations team to boost profits and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of hire.
• If aged 21 and older, R-Serving certification is required for locations with bars or alcohol.
• Must obtain Food Handler and/or Food Manager certifications as required by specific location assignments.
• Must be able to run errands and provide a current driver license and vehicle insurance.
• Must have the availability to open and/or close regularly.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Theatre General Manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategy.
• Coordinate operations and ensure schedules and objectives are met.
• Supervise and motivate staff.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory management, ordering supplies, and coordinating operational needs.
• Collaborate with management and team members to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Support opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and recordkeeping.
