Cinemark Team Members create a welcoming environment for Guests, handling transactions at the POS, answering questions, and directing Guests to the correct auditorium. You’ll work cross-functionally as needed to ensure a heroic guest experience.

Qualifications

• Possess strong guest service skills with a friendly attitude.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests of all ages and backgrounds.
• Demonstrate basic math and cash handling abilities.
• Work well in a team and independently when needed.
• English fluency required for daily duties.

Responsabilités

• Greet Guests in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.
• Operate the POS system for all transactions at the register.
• Verify tickets and guide Guests to the correct auditorium.
• Provide information on pricing, events, and movie options.
• Respond to Guest inquiries with high-quality service.
• Maintain theatre cleanliness and safety across all areas.
• Support opening and closing duties as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
