Job summary

Coming Attractions Theatres is seeking a Floor Staff member to deliver quality guest service at the ticket and concession counters while keeping the theatre clean and welcoming.

Responsibilities include engaging guests, processing sales with a POS, maintaining stock, promoting promotions, and supporting theater operations during nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior cash handling and customer service experience are helpful.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow instructions and procedures.
• Ability to work with customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate a register and handle cash accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Engage the guest, make eye contact, smile, provide quick, friendly service at ticket and concession.
• Keep box and concession areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Inform guests of promotions and savings.
• Process ticket and concession sales at the POS and handle cash.
• Suggest additional products to complement orders.
• Assist with nightly theatre checks and safety procedures.
