Job summary

Regal Midwest City is hiring part-time Floor Staff to support Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles across the theatre in Midwest City, OK. You will operate the POS system, promote Regal Crown Club, and ensure compliance with MPAA guidelines while delivering exceptional guest service.

The position requires flexibility for varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, and includes responsibilities from ticketing to seating assistance and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol and duties include serving it, complete any legally required state/local training.
• Complete Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.

Responsibilities

• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Handling of emergency situations when called upon to do so.
• General cleaning duties; and
• Compliance with our company dress code.
