Job summary

Regal Medlock Crossing 18 & RPX is seeking Floor Staff to join our part-time team. The role involves assisting guests, operating box office and concessions, and keeping theatre areas clean and safe; assignments may include box office, concessions, or usher duties.

We value reliability, ability to follow MPAA guidelines, and good communication. Training is provided, with participation in a fast-paced cinema environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member or progress toward completion required.
• Experience operating a POS system and handling cash, credit, and tickets.
• Strong customer service, communication, and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to read MPAA ratings and follow company policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate Box Office and concession POS systems with accuracy.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX) where applicable.
• Promote Regal Crown Club program to guests.
• Ensure tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA ratings.
• Direct guests to auditoriums and maintain clean, safe concessions areas.
