Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring a Theatre Team Member to greet guests, answer questions, and support operations on the floor. You will handle tickets, POS transactions, and assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming cinema experience for moviegoers.

The role requires 16+ years old, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and a commitment to excellent guest service. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth within the theater network.

Formación

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance is required.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provide excellent guest service and communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate the theatre POS system for all transactions at the assigned register.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to their auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie information, and details on events and promotions.
• Respond to phone inquiries in a courteous manner and maintain a safe environment.
