Job summary

Cinemark USA, Inc. is seeking a Theatre Team Member in Webster, TX to support guests with a friendly, efficient service across concessions, box office, and usher duties as needed. You’ll greet guests, handle cash, answer questions, and help maintain a clean, safe theater environment.

This part-time role requires at least 16 years old, flexible availability including evenings and weekends, basic food handling knowledge, and the ability to communicate in English while working well in a team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Completes basic food handling training and any local/state certification if required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Energetic and friendly attitude during each shift.
• Ability to communicate in English and work in a team environment.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operates the POS system for transactions at the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets at podium and directs Guests to an auditorium.
• Provides pricing, movie information, and answers questions from Guests.
• Responds to phone calls and maintains high quality customer service.
• Keeps theatre clean and safe, assists with opening and closing duties.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
