Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Provide excellent Guest service and friendly attitude.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests of all ages and backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark’s POS system for all transactions on your assigned register.
• Verify tickets at podium and direct Guests to the correct auditorium.
• Provide pricing, movie information, and general theatre details.
• Respond to guest questions in a professional manner.
• Maintain theatre cleanliness and safety throughout the venue.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
