Job summary

B&B Theatres in Missouri is seeking a frontliner to work behind concession and box office, greeting guests and ensuring a magical, memorable experience. Shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to learn across departments.

You will operate POS systems, sell snacks, maintain clean facilities, and collaborate with a team to deliver entertaining experiences for guests. No prior experience required; friendly attitude and strong work ethic are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age at the time of hire.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to obtain state-required certifications (R-Serving, Food Handler/Manager) as applicable.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and make them feel welcome.
• Operate point-of-sale systems for ticketing, concessions, or merchandise.
• Sell concession items and answer guest questions.
• Prepare and serve concession items following safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of theatres, lobbies, restrooms, and concession areas.
• Assist with ushering duties, including ticket scanning and seating guidance.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth theatre operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
