Qualifications

• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program and passing assessment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day theatre operations and P&L responsibilities.
• Train and coach team members and management in all positions.
• Write schedules, plan manpower, and hire staff.
• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure policies are followed.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and reporting for senior leadership.
