Cinemark in Temple, TX is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily theatre operations and drive profitability. You will train and supervise all theatre roles, manage schedules, inventory, safety, and guest service to deliver an exceptional cinema experience.

This full‑time position requires strong leadership, cash handling accuracy, and the ability to motivate teams and resolve issues quickly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (at least 21 where alcohol service is present).
• High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years previous theatre management experience.
• Senior Assistant Manager or Theatre Manager experience preferred.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program and Comprehensive Assessment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (at least 40 hours/week).
• Excellent Guest service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to train and lead others and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Oversees overall profit and loss of theatre operations.
• Grows a multi-million-dollar business through sales growth and efficiency.
• Conducts regular inventory and ordering as necessary.
• Trains and coaches Team Members and management.
• Organizes Team Member meetings and training sessions.
• Ensures dress code compliance and professional appearance.
• Interviews, hires, and evaluates staff.
• Develops promotions aligned with company goals.
• Prepares reports for senior management.
• Maintains safety and security in the theatre.
