Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years previous theatre management experience.
• Completion of Cinemark’s Management Accreditation Program.
• Ability to manage cash handling and basic math with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall profit and loss of theatre operations.
• Train and coach Team Members and managers in their functions.
• Organize Team Member meetings and training sessions.
• Ensure dress code compliance and professional conduct.
• Hire, evaluate, and develop staff; present reports to senior management.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and scheduling.
• Address safety, security, and guest service issues promptly.
• Lead improvement initiatives and respond to guest feedback.
