Job summary

Regal is seeking Floor Staff to support Atlanta-area theatres across Box Office, Concession, and Usher roles. You will uphold exceptional guest service, ensure attendance, handle emergencies, and follow the dress code.

You may work variable hours, part-time fixed, part-time regular, or full-time hourly shifts. In this role you will operate the POS system, manage cash and payments, upsell Premium Viewing options, and promote the Regal Crown Club.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and progress toward completion required.
• Ability to read training materials covering harassment and discrimination.
• Regal Responsible Beverage Server training may be required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system and handle cash, credit, and gift cards with accuracy.
• Upsell Premium Viewing options (3D, RPX, IMAX) and promote Regal Crown Club.
• Ticketing and usher responsibilities, enforcing MPAA policies and assisting guests.
• Maintain cleanliness in concessions, Lavazza and Café B-Fresh areas and restrooms.
• Provide excellent guest service across Box Office, Concession, Usher roles.
