Job summary

Regal Gainesville theatre is hiring Floor Staff to ensure exceptional service across Box Office, Concession and Usher roles. You will operate the POS system, handle cash and tickets, promote premium experiences, and uphold MPAA ratings and safety standards.

Roles include varied scheduling as the venue requires, with responsibilities for guest assistance, cleanliness, inventory, and opening/closing duties. Training in cast certification and beverage service is provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol and duties include serving it, complete legally required state/local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
• Possess good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly.
• Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.
• Identify problems, gather relevant data and take action under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system and manage cash, credit cards, tickets, passes and coupons.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experiences (3D, RPX, IMAX) and promote Crown Club.
• Promote ticket sales in compliance with MPAA ratings and company policy; assist guests.
• Operate, prepare and clean concession equipment; manage stock.
• Inspect theatres to monitor picture/sound quality, enforce safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and maintain restrooms and lobby areas.
