Job summary

Regal is hiring Floor Staff for Manchester with part-time, on-site hours. Roles include Box Office, Concession and Usher duties. You will operate POS systems, promote loyalty programs, enforce MPAA rules and maintain theatre safety and cleanliness.

The team emphasizes guest service, attendance, and compliance with dress code and policies. Cast certification progress may be required, with additional alcohol training where applicable.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol, complete legally required state or local training and obtain the required certificate; Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.

Responsibilities

• Box Office: operate POS, handle cash and cards, upsell Premium Viewing options, promote Regal Crown Club, ensure MPAA-compliant ticketing, assist guests by phone.
• Concession: operate POS, manage cash, promote Crown Club, maintain equipment, follow food safety laws, observe breaks and meal periods, ensure alcohol certification where applicable.
• Usher: tear tickets, direct patrons, inspect bags, manage crowd control, enforce MPAA ratings, conduct in-auditorium checks and assist with sales, keep areas clean, open/close duties as assigned.
