Cinemark is seeking a front-line Theatre Team Member to greet Guests, operate the POS system, and verify tickets while providing accurate information about movies and events. You’ll help keep the theatre clean, safe, and welcoming, ensuring a quality guest experience across screenings and concessions.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and strong English communication, with shift flexibility and opportunities to grow within Cinemark.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Basic food handling training or local certifications as required.
• Availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate in English and work with guests.
• Accurate cash handling and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely, professional manner.
• Operate Cinemark POS system for all transactions at the assigned register.
• Verify tickets and direct Guests to auditoriums.
• Provide pricing, movie info, and showtimes to Guests.
• Maintain clean and safe theatre environment and comply with safety policies.
• Assist opening/closing duties as assigned by management.
• Perform other duties as needed.
