Cinemark is hiring Team Members to deliver friendly, accurate guest service at our theatres. You will operate the POS system, assist Guests with tickets, pricing, and event information, and help maintain a safe, clean environment across lobby, auditoriums, and restrooms.

Qualifications include being 16+, ability to work flexible hours, strong English communication, and solid cash handling. This role emphasizes teamwork, urgency, and outstanding Guest service in a fast-paced cinema setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Basic food handling training and any local certifications where required.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Regular and consistent attendance.
• Energetic, friendly attitude during each shift.
• Provides excellent Guest service.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Teamwork and ability to follow directions.
• Must work with urgency and accuracy in cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Greets Guests politely and promptly.
• Operates the POS system for transactions at the assigned register.
• Verifies tickets and guides Guests to their auditorium.
• Informs Guests about pricing, specials, and events.
• Responds to Guest questions with professional service.
• Performs theater inspections to ensure quality and safety.
• Keeps the theater clean in all areas.
• Assists with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
