Job summary

Regal Williamsburg is seeking Floor Staff to support concession and usher duties, ensuring guests receive exceptional service. You will handle POS transactions, promote the Crown Club, and maintain cleanliness while upholding the company dress code.

Qualities include strong communication, the ability to read and follow training materials like harassment policies, and physical stamina to stand and lift up to 60 pounds. Availability for evenings/weekends is often required.

Qualifications

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• If the theatre sells alcohol, complete any legally required state/local training and obtain the Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
• Good public speaking, listen effectively and respond clearly.
• Perform calculations with speed and accuracy and identify and correct errors.
• Identify problems, gather relevant data and reach conclusions based on evidence under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system with cash, credit card handling and inventory control.
• Upsell Premium Viewing Experience and promote the Regal Crown Club program.
• Ensure MPAA rating system compliance and respond to guest questions.
• Tear tickets, direct patrons and inspect bags as applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness in auditoriums, lobby and restrooms; assist with opening/closing duties.
