Responsibilities

• Follows the direction of the General Manager.
• Supports decisions in communication with staff.
• Works in all departments and theatre job functions.
• Trains and coaches Team Members in their roles.
• Prepares administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Inspects and reports on theatre facilities and equipment.
• Ensures dress code compliance and customer service excellence.
• Interacts with Guests to enhance service quality.
• Adheres to Cinemark policies and procedures.
